Please continue to be encouraging to our 6th and 7th graders of remaining true to their Lenten commitments. 6th grade has decided to give up gossip, bragging, and negativity for Lent. 7th grade has decided to give up dessert (with the exception of birthday cake and 7th Grade Fundraiser ice cream). Both classes have also committed to giving our Lord 5 minutes of dedicated daily prayer time free of distractions and have adopted “prayer buddies” to pray for everyday. Everyday during Lent, both classes will reflect on Lenten scripture and participate in Lenten activities.
